Back Story and Settings

Before everything else, for the sake of the story, you need to know some details:

-It takes place in Japan, nowadays. Only the Original Sin takes place a long time ago, since this is the beginning of everything .

-Chapters are not connected to each other. So, if a character die in a chapter, he/she can still be in another chapter. They don't have a specific order.

- To get done with that, I do now the disclaimer: Shiki Senri, Aido Hanabusa, Zero Kiryu , and Vampire Knight is owned by Matsuri Hino. The Vocaloids and their songs are not mine either. BUT,  I do own the Darkwing Family and this story. If I have to do more disclaimers later, then I'll write them before chapters...

-Yes, My characters have odd hair-colors, yes , some may have weird eye-colors. Problem?

- 8 characters, for 8 sins. Do I have to quote them? Fine. Original Sin, Pride, Greed, Gluttony, Sloth, Lust, Envy and Wrath.

What the Story is based on?

As the Title said. What the story is based on? 

(That's a very good question, isn't it? Well, let's have an answer )

FIRST BASE: Vampire Knight and more specifically, my fanfiction about it. 

Vampire Knight is a manga created, written and drawn by Matsuri Hino, So I do not own this series. (I would love too )

This is an universe where Vampires exist. They are hidden in our society, are often people admired, like actors, models, celebrities, or PDG of huges companies. 

The story is focused on a love triangle: Yuuki Cross, a human who forget all her memories of her childhood, Kaname Kuran who is a pureblood, a very, very powerful vampire (purebloods are the leaders of the vampiric society) and Zero Kiryu, from a Vampire Hunter family . The latter was bitten by a pureblood, thus he turned into a vampire, a "Level D" BUT because there's always a but, this type of vampire degenerate with time to the "Level E" and they become insane horrible creatures, which think only about drinking blood. 

The story is set in Cross academy whose chairman  try to make his dreams become true: an academy where vampires and humans lived peacefully together. 

But this peace won't last forever...

Well, you now have quite a idea of what the manga is about. Now , my fanfiction:

With the pieces of information on Vampire Knight I have given, you know that there exists vampires, with at the head of their society, Purebloods.

You also know that there are Vampire Hunters too.
Well, I placed at their head, a royal family, the Darkwing family. Humans, Vampire Hunters, with extraordinary abilities, their power rivaling that of Purebloods. 

And the heiress of the Darkwing family, Sarah Darkwing, enters Cross academy. She didn't know what she was getting into, but here she was, into the darkest secret war history would ever know.

Second BASE : The Evillious Chronicles (VOCALOID

  

The second base is a compilation of songs, created by Akuno-P. So again, I don't own it! ( I am dying right now. )

There are 33 songs, with 12 others which doesn't really belong to the series. And so the whole compilation tells us chronicles. The Evillious Chronicles, how the Evil infested the world, how the seven Deadly sins were released in our society.

The story of the Deadly sins is called several times "A never-ending lullaby" . The Evillious Chronicles have four actes:

-The Original Sin Story (I won't use a lot this part. It will concern the prologue and the first chapter)

-Seven Deadly Sins ( our very real base for this story)

-The story of Evil ( It is a sequel to the Sin of Pride, we won't talk much about it )

-ClockTower Lullaby Series ( One or Two chapters about it, I'm not really sure)

-End of the Four ( Not Completed, it lacks the last song, but we will have one or two chapters about it. ) 

A manga was created , according to the songs. We must know that the characters of this story are victims, People were born with their sins, they didn't choose to  become evil, this is very important to know.

Clarification about the Original Sin and 7 deadly sins

As I said in my previous article, my story will involve the Original Sin, and the Seven Deadly sins...

But I may have to explain, what, in my opinion,  are the Deadly sins. 

First at all, the Original Sin. The "ancestor" of all the vices of this world. It still  doesn't mean, that this was the worst of the Sin. It's just the one which triggered the fact that others sins appeared. 

Because of that, my "original sin"  story will be the first of all the series. 

Then , comes the Pride or Vanity.

 Being over-selfish. I don't think that loving ourselves is a very bad think, actually, with this society,  if you seem to be too selfless , you will get to be used by other people. 

Buuut , loving ourselves AND despise everyone else, this is bad. And I'm not joking

All of this to say that being selfless is the antithesis, the extreme opposite to being proud. 

This sin, is for some people, the worst vice. You will inevitably go to hell. Just look at what happens to Lucifer , who wanted to compete with God. Ah. 

If someone commits the sin of pride, He will be all like "I'm soooo much better than everyone else on this earth, compared  to me, they are all losers, ants blablabla" 

This is Pride.

After that, there is Lust

Lust ( do not confuse it with Envy please) is the intense desire of money, fame, power, and sex. Actually, this is the latter one which is really associated with Lust. 

To make it short, it is the research of pleasure, for pleasure. And this is baaaaad.

Then, there is also Greed.

      

Especially concerning money, The Greed, first of all, is a excess. it's the desire to own and keep ththings that are not of primary use, which we can live without it. It is  possessing things for what they are, a kind of trophy collection. 

And this is baaaaad. (again)

Note: In this story, The sin of Greed, will NOT concern money. 

Next, we have Envy

Envy, is (again) a desire of something, or someone. What differentiates it from the Greed or Lust, is that Envy is desire to have something you don't have, but someone else has. Seeing someone happy with something, or another person can lead you to want the something/someone   concerned. And it is Baaaaaaaaad (no, I'm not gonna stop this)

The Gluttony is coming  next!

It is quite difficult to  describe this sin. Easy and complicated at once. Let's just say that Gluttony can be defined by the fact , of eating too much, eating all the time, eating everything, etc....

And again, This is.....(Do I really have to finish that sentence? Yes? Okay ) Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaad

Then comes Sloth

Aahhh.....My favorite one. Sloth, can be spiritual or physical sloth.

 Not getting up from bed, is physical sloth.

 Not doing homework , saying we have a week to do it, and then doing it the morning of the day we shall give the homework to the teacher, it is spiritual sloth (Admit it. We all have done this at least one time! )

i think you might got the idea. In fact, Sloth is a lack of motivation.

And it is Baaaaaaaaaaad! 

After this, we have Wrath

Wrath is complicated. Again. Everybody knows how it feels to be angry. Wrath is the superior level. Also known as rage, it's having uncontrolled feelings of hatred. Wanting to take revenge  enough to have a death-wish, it's rage. Plus, Wrath will only destroy the one who wants revenge.
And, this is very, very bad. 

THE CULTURAL POINT: 

A long ago, there was a eighth sin, the vainglory, which roughly is narcissism. But in the 14th century, it was folded in the Pride/Vanity Sin. 

Then the conclusion (finally) 

For making short , Committing a sin is BAAAAAAAAAAD and will send you to hell and you will sink into darkness forever like this:

Characters (Part one )

Hey. Here again. Ready to have nightmares? 

Just kidding, of course *smile*

I'm going to introduce you to my really-not-loved- characters.

Sarah: How charming...

Me: Shh. If you speak,  I will have to kill you first. 

Sarah:: You can't , I'm not the O.....

Me: *put my hand on her mouth* Yeag, you're right. But I still can cut your tongue....

So!! Where did I stop?  Ah, yes. 

So here is the first part of the presentation of my so-not-loved characters (Author's note: of course I love my character,  I'm their mother, duh. But I highly doubt that you will like them once I tell you their story, So ....)

Sooooo

His name is Renji ( 蓮司) Darkwing( 暗翼), Renji means "to administrate lotus" and Darkwing....well. "Dark Wing"

He is  a powerful aristocrate vampire, from a vampire hunter family (and it is quite a pain to be a 

Darkwing for him. Just imagine a vampire surrounded by the most  powerful vampire hunters of the history. Yes. I would be embarassed too. ) , plus he is an illigitimated child. 

He looks like 18 years old, or 12-years old, but he is more than 250 years  old. Call him "grandpa" if you want to tease him, but don't blame him if you get your  head off your body....

He has accelerated healing, super speed and enhanced strenght, like all vampires. He can use his own voice as a weapon, it means that he can do anything while he is singing. It's a very powerful power, maybe due to the fact he was born of the union of a Princess Hunter, and a Pureblood. 

His sin.....Like I would tell you *evil smile*

Her name  is Sarah (聖羅) Darkwing , Sarah means "princess" in occidental language, and "renew" in Japanese. 

She is a Princess Hunter, of the Darkwing family. Because of this, she is the strongest Vampire Hunter of her generation. Her powers is alike vampire's, except for the immortality stuff. She practices magic, a ability possessed by only the members  of the Darkwing family. But hers is quite special, since it is hunter magic , specially anti-vampire....

She is a 16  years old student, and active Hunter. And surprise, surprise, she doesn't like a lot vampires (but she still will fall in love with //censured because of SPOILERS// )

Her  sin.....Well, find out yourself :p

And Then Comes.....

Her name is Haki (破棄) Darkwing, or Snow White, or Ice queen, or whatever you want to call her. Her first name  means "Destruction". 

She is a Vampire Hunter, the second princess of the Darkwing Family. When she knew that, she was pretty furious, because she is older than Sarah, who is the heiress of the throne.

She is 17 years old. a student as well, and she hunts vampires when she feels so. Actually, she doesn't very care about Levels E or dangerous vampires. But if they piss her off....Well, they turn into ashes quite quickly. 

Her sin is .....Haha. like I would tell you....But you still can trying to guess...

Finally ~ 

Their names are Anju (the boy : あんじゅ ) and Anya (あにや ) Darkwing. Anju is a translation of the french word "Ange" or "Angel" in our language, And Anya means "grace"

They are twins and illegetimate children of the father of  Sarah , made them half-brother/sisters. Their mother is gone insane after the rape of said father. Yeah, it's charming. They are Vampires Hunters and in third-position for the family heirloom. 

They are 16 years old, just a little older than Sarah , they had a tutor at home, so they never  went to a school. They are angry against their "father" and indirectly, against the whole Darkwing family.

They don't have the same sin, keep that in mind please. And try to guess what Anju got, and what  Anya has ....

Characters (Part Two )

Hey. It's ....my return!!!!

*cough* I know you don't  want me to come back. *cough*

SO HERE IS THE SECOND PART OF MY CHARACTERS' PRESENTATION

(like said in the title but let's skip)

Sooooo first goes the Warning. I do NOT own the following characters. They belong to the genuisly Matsuri Hino, author of Vampire Knight *deserves rainbows for the best manga ever written *

Soooooooooo here is the first (and my favourite) one!

(千里) Senri  (支葵)Shiki  the last name is a combination of shi, meaning "to support" and ki, meaning "mallow"--a flowering plant  white blossoms. The ri in Senri is a traditional Japanese unit of measure for distance, and one ri is about 3,26 kilometers. Senri  means "1,000 ri."

He is an aristocrat vampire, one of the youngest in this story, and works as a model, Senri also is an illigitimated child of a Pureblood (Purebloods are the most powerful vampires in this world, their blood is 100% vampire) 

He has accelerated healing, super speed and enhanced strenght, like all vampires. .He has a whip-like weapon which develops from his blood which  is formed when he bite the tip of his right index finger. 

He is usually impassive, and often detached to most of the people. He rarely expresses emotion, and may seem like he doesn't care about his surroundings. He keeps his feelings to himself, because of his reserved nature.Close to the point of seeming apathetic, Senri does not have much of an interest in anything and possesses little motivation, except of his duties.

His sin is......dun dun dun! Suspense!!!

The second Character I don't own, and I don't specially like:

 Yes, I agree. He is gorgeous. Buuuut i don't like him!

 Hanabusa ( 英)  Aido (藍堂), nicknamed "Idol". Hanabusa means "petals of a flower." Aido means "indigo temple." 

He is an Aristocrat vampire of the  very well-known Aido family.Hanabusa possesses standard aristocrat vampire powers, such as accelerated healing. He is exceptionally gifted and has the ability to freeze matter of any kind, physical or not.  

 He is  the most popular student in the Academy, especially with girls, because he has good looks, and he is  in the elite of the Night Class, and above all, he is charming.
Buuuuuut if you are  closer to him than the Day class, you know he is quite idiot (or  at least, he is acting as he is ) . Yes it's mostly he does not show how smart he is, because even for vampires, he is regarded as  a prodigy. He is impulsive, picky , and lusting for blood. This point is common for all vampires, though


His sin??  ....I'm NOT telling you. Ah. 

The last character I will present, the beautiful .....

 You have to admit it. He is handsome. And I like him.

Sooooo.... His name is Zero (零 ) Kiryu (錐生). Guess what? His first name really means "Zero". The "Ki" in "Kiryu" means "Dril" or "Auger" and "ryu" means "life". 

 He is from a  vampire hunter family BUT when he was a child, he was turned into a vampire. So he is a vampire who hunts vampire. His parents were less fortunate, they died. His twin, Ichiru, was kidnapped by a PureBlood. 
It was quite a bad childhood. 

He is in the Day class in the Academy, with Sarah, Haki, Anju, and Anya. He doesn't have a great resistance to blood, unfortunately. He owns a Hunter weapon, a gun named "Bloody Rose". He often is absent for his classes, but he still has the greatest marks. 

Zero is generally a composed person, he usually act hostile, and cold hearted towards the other Cross academy students. . Though he appears otherwise, he is a gentle and kind person. Due to his childhood, he builds barriers around himself, he will never betray the ones he holds dear.Following his awakening as a vampire, Zero harbors a great disgust towards himself because of his inability to control his hunger.

His sin???? Guess it!!

Presentation of the Vocaloids

My first source of inspiration! 

Vocaloid  originally is a japanese singing voice synthetizer, even though English, French, Spanish, Korean versions exist. Each voice synthetized is symbolized by a Humanoid Persona. The most famous being Hastune Miku, Rin et Len Kagamine, Meiko and Kaito, who are of the first generation of Vocaloids. 

We use these characters and their respectives voices to create songs, and nowadays we have thousands and thousands of videos of their performances! Now they even give concerts with virtuals images of Hatsune Miku ! You don't believe me? See this, you'll be surprised:

Well, let's continue with the Evillious Chronicles:

This is a series of songs, which relates a big, really big story. The creator of theses videos is Mothy.

A manga was also created, giving us more details. Unfortunetaly, it isn't sold in England or in France. 

So, here is a very brief summary:

Humans,  in order to prevent the Chaos who menace the world, tried to create the Twins Gods, children who were born with the DNA of God, which will give them the power to destroy the threat...BUT, after numerous incidents, they released the Original Sin, who began to corrupt the World and people. Theses persons became the Vessels of Evil.  And the Evillious Chronicles  relates their stories.

Presentation of the Darkwing Family

Yes, you know, the royal clan Hunter, which is composed mainly of lunatics, bipolar, dangerous psychopaths, too powerful for their (and our) health (Yes they are just not normal ...)

Well, this lovely family we love (and sometimes hate) in first 4 generations (by adding back one member still alive but not included in those generations) has 16 members, dead or alive.

So I'll introduce them one by one, or at least for the moment, you reveal the names

Now, a bit of history!!!

Everything starts ...  a very very very long time ago , a century or two after the first human/vampire war , nor vampire hunters , nor the original metal existed. At this time, the Darkwing family was not at all the Hunters but they already had some power because they ran a region of Japan, and were witches....

The majority of humans had forgotten the existence of vampires at this time of history because vampires had used their power to erase their memories. But the Darkwing family had escaped this "brainwashing" and the clan was therefore aware of the existence of immortals.

Also, they made a pact, it was sort of the ancestor of our treaty interracial. If vampires didn't attack nor their houses, nor the inhabitants of their area, Darkwings pledged to keep secret the existence of vampires. The pureblood whose founding ancestor of Kurans, agreed.

But as they say, peace is nothing more than a pause between two wars ...

A century later, for some unknown reason, there was some tension between the Hio family and Darkwings. And what had to happen,  happened. One night, one or two hundred aristocrats sent by Hios attacked the Darkwing house . Recall that the family was not  Hunter, and therefore could not defend themselves.

It was a massacre, a bloodbath. Miraculously, Daichi and Asuka Darkwing, a young couple, went out of unconsciousness a few hours after the vampires left. Although seriously injured, they went at once to see their son, who was just three years.

But it was too late, the boy was dead, with bitess, scratches and other injuries are all over her small body. Enraged parents went seeking revenge.

They went to see a Pureblood of Shoto family, one of the most pacifist. He confirmed to them that the limited partner of this massacre was  Kaju Hio , the Hio clan leader (it seems that madness is an inherited trait in this family ...). He also told them that going to attack a pureblood was pure madness, especially without a plan ..

But after many, many attempts to change their minds, he realized that nothing would stop them. So to give them at least a slim chance, the Pureblood of the Shoto Clan  gave them his blood. None of them knew Asuka was pregnant a month and a half. This made them stronger, and this is an important detail for later.

Daichi  and Asuka therefore went to attack the mansion Hio. Although stronger than mere humans, they hardly were able to compete with the Nobles, and it was not that badly injured that they acceded to the hall where Kaju-sama was present.

The Darkwing barely had time to enter that the Pureblood tore out the heart of Daichi before throwing it into the fire, he was dead. Asuka was a little resistance and taking a few minutes, but Kaju Hio was probably stronger, he began to land without any effort and prepared to give the fatal blow.

We don't really know  the reason Asuka made the following actions. Perhaps the reaction from the Pureblood's blood with the embryo. Or the survival instinct. Or both at the same time. But Asuka went at superhuman speed, and bit Kaju. Snatching the heart out of his chest at the same time and throwing it into the fire, preventing it to regenerate at the same place where the heart of her husband was burning. The fire  became the furnace later

Asuka was the only survivor, but she had accomplished her revenge and her husband's. Eight months later, she gave birth to a daughter, the child born of her union with Daichi. But one thing shocked her. The eyes of her daughter

The girl had mistached eyes.

Named Akina, she quickly proved herself after passing adolescence, revealing her powers and supernatural abilities, which were reminiscent of those of Pure Blood. Yet she was a real human. Hunters, which had just appeared, came to understand how to make weapons with the original metal, born of two hearts of Daichi Darkwing and Kaju Hio.

Vampire hunters could only kneel to Akina because the original metal part was her father. And it gave the wall-eyed girl the power to control the furnace to make many weapons, more powerful than the first made by the Hunters.

Thus the Darkwing were put in command of the Hunters. The Darkwing were the first to kill a Pureblood and they were by far the best vampire hunters who ever existed and that is why the wall-eyed princesses Hunters are so respected and feared by all.

In 1600 years, if we don't count the current Princess Sarah Darkwing, there were six princesses Hunters mistached-eyed: Akira, Etsuko, Komachi, Isako, Nanami and Yamiko.

During this same period, there were two other wars that can be considered as "cold wars" since non Hunters were not  aware of these two, but great battles were lived, including the one of  current Tokyo in 1623.

Other dates which have to be remembered,  are 1784 , following a major attack in the West, the Darkwing family were forced to go to England to bring order since they had the power in the West, but their power in the East, as in Japan got mitigated.

It took until 1842 for Darkwings to regain power, especially thanks to the birth of Yamiko, 6 th odd-eyed princesses.

The creation of the company Darksin, armaments group now recognized internationally, was in 1923; led by Mitsuru Darkwing, elder brother of Yamiko.

The Darkwing Manor was attacked in 1940 by aristocrats, this time led by Tôma Clan, which caused more than 129  Aristocrats' deaths, killed by Yamiko Darkwing, She unfortunately died during this battle, to allow the escape of other family members. 

The pact interracial was set up by Mitsuru Darkwing also in 1956. 

Of course throughout history, there were many battles between Darkwings and vampires, but they  did little damage, unless PureBlood themselves take place in the fight.

The story is very incomplete because few documents testify to the existence of Darkwing. Also, it is still from be adding some details, maybe one day we will have the chance to see all the chronicles of ruling clan of Hunters ~~~
